- Look at what your good at, look at what produces fulfillment, ask others, experiment
- What are you not good at, what do you struggle with tho no avail. Are you a round peg in a square hole?
- What makes you boil? What do you care about passionately?

- Start where you are with what you have
- If it sounds interesting, try it
- Make adjustments that come out of your assessments
