Message (Big idea):

There are some things that must end in order to begin new growth.

Meditation (Think about it):

- 3 things to prune: what is just ok, what cannot or won't improve, and what is dead

- In all endings there is a loss, acknowledge and feel it, allow time for grief

- We cannot take ahold of something new, unless we let go of what we have now
