Heal, Grow, and Continue To Love

Hosea 14:1-4, Luke 4:18, 1 Corinthians 7:25-31, Malachi 2:13-16


Message (Big idea):

Jesus can heal us and save us from our mistakes


Meditation (Think about it):

 - Stop digging the hole if you want to get out

 - If you're divorced follow God's Re-Marriage plan

Read through 1 Corinthians 7, write down two thoughts about marriage

~Re-Marriage Plan~

{1 Corinthians 7}

1. Don't seek release

2. Don't seek a spouse

3. Serve the Lord

4. Be reconciled to your spouse

5. Marry cautiously, honoring God


If you can re-unite, do it. If not, stay single and serve the Lord. If you can't stay single, you need to heal first - then marry cautiously and slowly.

Lack of compatibility

Addictions

Getting married at an early age

Getting married for the wrong reasons

Lack of communication
